Chris Card holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Oakland University, Michigan. He received his master’s degree in social work from Wayne State University and his Doctor of Social Work from the University of South Florida. Chris is a Leadership Florida graduate and a Tampa Bay Lightning Community Hero. In addition, he initiated the transformation of the Florida Child Welfare system as well as serving over two decades as a Community-Based Care lead agency executive director. Chris has served on statewide boards as a gubernatorial appointee and is currently retired, living in Winter Garden, Florida.
