SB 7066 Relating to Independent Living Transition Services Children, Families, and Elder Affairs
Independent Living Transition Services; Requires the Auditor General to perform an operational audit of the independent living transition services program administered by the DCFS. Requires the OPPAGA to conduct an evaluation of the independent living transition services program administered by the DCFS. Requires that the results of the audit and evaluation be reported to the Governor, the Legislature, and the Secretary of Children and Family Services. EFFECTIVE DATE: 07/01/2010.
